About Lisa
The Illustrator
Lisa is an Associate Director in the financial industry, and in her spare time she persues her life-long hobby of art and drawing. And I Thought About You is the first picture books she's illustrated. She was drawn to the books poignant message and was inspired to add visual layer of meaning to the text. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs.

Lisas favorite vacation is visiting her family house in Spain and enjoying the best Calamari in the world while sitting in a 15th century bar.
Lisa loves animals of all kinds and has always had pets. Her favorite charity is the ASPCA.
Two of Lisa's daughters were born on the same day 3 years apart.
When Lisa backpacked through Europe she not only learned about the history and culture of Europe, she learned the importance of a good pair of sneakers and how to stretch a dollar.
Once when Lisa was scuba diving, something tapped her on the shoulder. She turned around quickly and saw a wild dolphin goading her to play. They swam side by side. Lisa had to hold on to her air tube to make sure it didn't fall out because she was smiling so much.
